i find it is quite true to use this 5 principals in any of the relationship with frens, or relatives....

1. though im not really a touchy person, but i do hug people.. hug makes someone feels good. i read before.. hug is a outward action that express ur love from inside..(something like that, dun really remember it)
   
2. in our daily life, according to a reaserch, everyone needs at least 7-9 compliments.. this shows how much we crave for affirmation from others.. i was like that too.. need affirmation from others.. however, the only everlasting affirmation u can get.. is from GOD.. His affirmation is for eternity..
   
3. besides, appreciate is very important in life.. do not ever take things for granted.. appreciate others for doing for u..
4. we are called to help one another in this world.. as a saying goes.. no man is an island.. so help people when u can.. u may not know one day u might need their help.. i believe is a cycle. what u sow is what u reap...
5. touch..not the physical one.. but is from the heart.. u easily feel touched by what people have done to u..

there's other one that say 绿色人缘就是纯纯的友情, 就像对待大自然那样.. 我们不会对大自然要求回馈, 就像友谊,亲情. 不要求回报, 只是享受这种关系的经历和过程..

i like how this person code it.. frenship is like the way how we treat the nature.. we wont ask the nature to give back what we have give to her..we just enjoy the process..
i have a bunch.. a whole circle of frens who are always so lovely, willing to help, so kind, so tolerating, so patience.. i really thank God for them.thanks for always giving to me and bless me so much...:)
